Hayes Apartments welcomes new residents with exclusive garden party launch

City centre residential scheme Hayes Apartments has officially launched its second phase with an exclusive garden party.
Hayes Apartments, which is part of the St David's development in Cardiff city centre, has welcome its first residents as well as launching three new show homes and releasing a new phase for sale.
Residents and special guests were invited to the launch party, held up on the rooftops within Hayes Apartments' private courtyard gardens. Guests were given the opportunity to visit the show homes and take in the new development high above the hustle and bustle of the city.
The launch comes after the successful sales completed in the first two phases of the scheme.
Louise Franklin, of Hayes Apartments, said: ''The garden party was a wonderful way to launch our new phase, welcome new residents and demonstrate the show homes!''
Guests at the party were treated to Pimms and Bellini's while being entertained by a steel band. Independent Welsh restaurants Sale Pepe, Bellini's and Cadwalladers were invited from St David's to serve food giving the guests highlights of what lies literally on their doorstep.
Hayes Apartments is the only new residential scheme currently on sale in Cardiff city centre with 304 new studio, one bedroom and two bedroom homes with views overlooking the city and surrounding mountains.
Louise continued: ''The garden party provided a key milestone for Hayes Apartments. Previously, potential buyers would be able to look up and see the impressive scheme from the street level, but were never able to get up close and see it for themselves with residents living there. When potential buyers come to our new marketing suite in St David's Grand Arcade, we can now take them up to visit our three fantastic show homes within the development.
''As we sold the final apartments within the previous phase, the number of enquiries we were receiving about the next block raised significantly. It is an exciting time when we release new homes on to the market, especially since its launch has been so widely anticipated.
