Our Let to Buy product provides you with the opportunity to effectively try before you buy. This allows you to rent the property of your choice within one of our chosen developments, with half of the monthly rent going towards your deposit should you decide to buy at a later date. In this way you can experience the benefits of home ownership without initially committing to purchase. It is the perfect option if you are unsure about your future commitments or future needs, and gives you the opportunity to save towards your deposit.
You can rent any of our apartments available within our schemes for up to 3 years, and either make the decision to purchase at anytime prior to the 3 year expiry date or not depending on your circumstances.
Another advantage of our Let to Buy offer is that it also comes with the option to secure the purchase price by exchange of contracts within an agreed timeframe. In this way, should you decide it is the place for you, you will be unaffected by price fluctuations.
