This provides you with an interest free loan of up to 25% of the value of your chosen property within one of our developments. This loan will then form the basis for your deposit, making it possible for you to secure a mortgage on the remaining 75% or more of the value of the property. Importantly, you own 100% of your property from day one. You are simply required to pay back the percentage borrowed at the time, either when you sell the property or after 10 years ownership, whichever comes first.

This is the perfect option for those wanting to get their foot on the property ladder without the means to raise a deposit.
